Anna Leader’s series of black and white photographs appear as documents from studies in anthropology or scientific experiments. Incorporating colour shapes onto the surface, the images carry formulas that suggest ordering or an ideology whilst the subjects themselves seem off key and at times even naïve.

Anna Leader has exhibited widely throughout Europe and has just had her second solo show at Campange Premier, Berlin.
